LEADERSHIP, good governance and human rights were among topics of discussion at a two-day workshop organised for youths in Savusavu.
Hosted by the Citizens Constitutional Forum, 25 youths were provided a platform on which they learnt more about their rights and the 2013 Constitution.
According to a CCF statement, the group was vocal and engaging during the discussions.
Participant Vaseva Muaibeqa said she learnt more about her responsibilities while Naviavia villager Joseva Kelo said information shared during the workshop helped him learn more about human rights.
“I received new information on human rights, good governance and different leadership style and roles,” he said.
The workshop also touched on the challenges they experienced between culture, religion and human rights in their communities.
